Dave was born in Northeastern Pennsylvania and currently resides in Tunkhannock with his wife (Gail), son (Paul) and daughter (Lisa). He attended Tunkhannock Area High School and graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources and Biology. Dave retired from Procter & Gamble management after 28 years of service with an extensive background in Purchasing and Sales. Dave was active in high school sports lettering in football, baseball and volleyball. He was a four year Volleyball Letterman at Ball State University and played in the NCCA Volleyball Championships. Dave still enjoys sports with a special passion for his daughter’s AAU and High School Girl’s Basketball Teams. He also enjoys the outdoors and hunting with his son on a special family farm in Bradford County. Dave started his real estate career in 2002. In 2004 he obtained a Certified Residential Specialist Certification. This certification is based on a solid ethics record, passing 6 Professional Real Estate Courses and a high minimum standard of yearly Sales Performance. Only 8% of realtors have obtained this certification. His clients made him the top sales agent in Tunkhannock in 2008 (top 1% in Classic Properties) with $6,933,000 in sales.
