Elaine Shepard has been a Realtor with Classic Properties since 1986. She has been very active both with the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors serving as a past President and chair of several committees. and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.

 
She serves on several boards in the community The Ronald McDonald House of Scranton, The Woman’s Resource Center, The Voluntaary Action Center, The Lackawanna Historical Society, The Red Cross,  and the Philharmonic.
