Jamie has extensive experience as both a Realtor and landlord. Jamie comes from a family of property managers. His grandfather was a landlord in Lima, Peru in the 1950's, and in Manhattan in the 1970's & 80's. His uncles own and manage properties in NYC. Jamie grew up in property management and has been involved in the business since he was a young boy. Jamie purchased his first property at age 24 and has managed his own portfolio for over 7 years. He knows what it's like to be the owner of an investment property and he uses his experience and marketing knowledge to benefit his clients.
