About Dawn Yates
Dawn is a full time Realtor with experience in both rentals and sales. She began working with Steve Farrell in upstate NY on the administrative side of real estate in the 90's. Over the past decade she has expanded her knowledge and skills to encompass all aspects of the real estate business. She has worked with many clients to find them rental properties, and also help them on the eventual path to home ownership. Dawn goes above and beyond to assist her clients in reaching their real estate goals.
