Classic Properties’ Training Programs
Classic Properties is committed to training and the continued growth of its agent’s careers.
New agents joining the company begin in our Jump Start Training program – a comprehensive overview of the Classic system, MLS/IDX software, Classic’s intranet, transactional documents, negotiating skills, anatomy of a house, and additional relevant, current subjects. This four-day program is designed to educate and build confidence in the career new agents have just embarked on. Upon completion of the program, new agents are paired up with a mentor who will guide them through their first several transactions and remain a resource for the remainder of their careers.
Professional growth does not stop there. Agents are invited to attend the Classic Properties Institute (CPI), which is an intense, 7 week course designed to focus agents on the growth of their business. During the course, agents learn to create a solid business plan which will be the foundation for maintaining a rewarding career. The classes consist of:
Developing your Business Plan, Presenting the Full-Service, Full-Value Proposition, Prospecting in a Changing Marketplace, Generational Marketing, Effective Negotiations, Developing your Listing Presentation, Prospecting Expired Listings, Hosting a Home Buying Seminar
Upon graduation, each agent earns a special designation, certificate, and lapel pin.
OUR WORLD Institute 2.0 is a dynamic new platform that integrates instructor-led courses and on-line continual learning designed by the experts at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. It offers mini-modules, certification programs, and continuing education courses that agents can take at their leisure. Classic has also adopted an instructor-led approach to these modules. We integrate ‘group think’ learning which takes place in a classroom setting in conjunction with blogging discussion groups.

What does it take to be a successful Realtor?

Whitney Lopuhovsky is both a top producing sales agent, and the Corporate Director of Training at Classic Properties. Whitney is in charge of new agent training, and the company’s Classic Properties Institute (CPI) which provides the Classic agents with professional training and coaching specifically designed to enhance their careers in today’s real estate market. She strongly believes in education, and in staying in tune to the current trends in the market, both of which are vital to growth and being able to most effectively serve her real estate clients.
