Neal is a resident of the Back Mountain where he lives with his wife and young son.  He has been involved with the advertising community for over 24 years specializing in Internet, Newspaper, Billboard and Television Advertising.  A life time resident of Wyoming Valley, Neal is a 1984 graduate of Hanover Area High School and also attended the Wilkes-Barre Area Vo-Tech and Luzerne County Community College.  After completing courses at the PA Real Estate Academy, Neal joined the Classic Properties Kingston Office (570-718-4959).
