Pat grew up in the Thornhurst area and she and her husband Lenny, moved to Wilkes Barre in 1975. She and Lenny just built their retirement home on the Lehigh River in Thornhurst.

Pat has 32 years of teaching experience with the Crestwood School District in Mountaintop. Her son Matt is a teacher in the Wyoming Valley West School District; and her daughter Amy teaches in the Charles County School District in Maryland.
