**UPDATE** Spring 2006 - Classic Properties' Relocation Department received national recognition for customer service at the World National conference in Orlando, Florida, received the following awards:
Momentum Award for its rapid growth
Carol enjoys working with people and has always placed herself in situations where she provided customer service. Her years of interest in local real estate eventually became more than that when her youngest of four children started school full-time. With her children spread between elementary, middle and high school during the day, she decided to turn her interest in real estate into a career and become "the agent I would want working for me."
Carol began her real estate career in 2003 with Classic Properties as a sales associate and earned the designation of "Rookie Of The Year."
Carol's 2004 sales totaled over $2 million to place her with the top 10 agents in her company. In 2005, she joined the Relocation Department and was quickly promoted to Director. In her 6 months as Director, Carol far exceeded the yearly goals set by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, an international referral network, and tripled the total number of referrals.
In 2006, Carol was selected by her colleagues in the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors for the Ann Cadman Scholarship.
Carol's daily goal is to create a Relocation Department that benefits not only the sales team but creates a positive experience for our clients whether they are moving into our area or relocating to another. She handles each situation with a personal touch and makes herself available to both agents and clients as needed.
