Felipe began his real estate career in 1970 in New York City and worked as a residential manager for 30 years. He is a currently a resident of Tobyhanna where he lives with his wife, Vicky, of 40 years. They have 2 sons, Phillip and Pierre, and are both fluent in Spanish and English. In addition to his extensive real estate background, he is also a published writer and a patented inventor.

Felipe comenzo su carrera en Real Estate en New York city en 1970. Felipe trabajo tambien como residente manager en la misma firma. Actualmente es residente de Tobyhanna, con su esposa Vicky, casados por cuatro decadas. Ellos tienen dos hijos, Philip y Pierre ambos son bilingual.
