errors & Omissions Policy

Classic provides the industry’s best E&O policy. The policy covers additional items such as electronic identity theft, discrimination, and contractual omissions. We recently added a secondary policy that specifically cover cyber events. 

Our agents also find comfort in the fact that the deductible is NOT split with the company, so there is no cost to the agent if a suit arises. This is something that no other company offers!
