1: Attend a real estate school

2: Take the State and National Licensing Exam
The exams are administered together at PSI Exam Center, 1127 Lackawanna Trail Rd. Clarks Summit, Pa 18411. Upon completing your licensing classes you will be provided with transcripts and further information on how to schedule your exam.
3: Apply for Your License
To apply for a license you must be associated with a Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Broker (like Classic Properties!). Your Broker will guide you through the application process and have to sign off on your completed application. The following documents are needed to apply for a license:
- Completed application
- Class transcripts
- Test results(state and national)
- Â Criminal background check
- Cost = $107
Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks to be approved and issued a license. Candidates cannot begin working until they are issued their license number.
